Cadela Força is a trilogy.
Three chapters — three non-harmonic fitting parts.

Over how many chapters can one stay alive?

The Cadela Força Trilogy consists of three works that weave a complex tapestry exploring the relationship between sexual violence and its representations throughout art history. Over the course of more than eight years of work, the process has made more tangible the relationship between the search for a language capable of sustaining the complexities of the issues at hand and the violence of creation, revealing the difficult task of giving shape to something that is always enigmatic.

To celebrate this journey, the artists will hold a marathon consisting of the presentation of its three chapters in sequence, lasting approximately 10 hours with intermissions.

Carolina Bianchi and her company Cara de Cavalo propose a study of the dynamics and influences that one piece exerts on another, and the limits of dealing with these materials over so many years.

The presentation of the trilogy is a way of studying it, of expanding its effects and its linguistic proposals. For example, what are the consequences of the performative gesture in the first chapter—Carolina Bianchi’s ingestion of Boa Noite Cinderela—in triggering The Brotherhood and Uma Luz Cordial? Is it actually possible to reach the end?

It is recommended to watch the entire sequence, as each performance will be thoroughly intertwined, imbued by the dynamics, creating a unique experience for both artists and spectators.
